 Method For Determining Bra Size
Bras - Band size
Grab a tape measure, and measure in inches. Stand in front of a mirror and have a good look, place the tape measure just under your bust at the front and making sure the tape measure is flat and straight across your back. Pull the tape measure tight to ensure an accurate measurement.
To get your band size, add 4 to the measurement you got in inches, if it is even number; or add 5, if it is odd number. For instance, if you have measurement of 32 inches, add 4 and get your band size of 36, measurement of 33 inches will be added 5 getting Band Size of 37.
Bras - Cup size
To get your Overbust Size repeating the measurement but this time measure across the fullest part of your breasts at the front. And this time, make sure the tape measure is very loose. In fact, when the tape measure slips off the bust this is the figure you require.
Substract your Band Size from Overbust Size, each inch is a Cup Size. For instance, your band size is 34, and the overbust size is 37, then the difference between these measurements is 3 inches, and you would wear a C-cup.
Your bra size will be a combination of band size and cup size, for the above instance, your bra size would be 34C.
