 Return Policy
Tatiana Fashion accepts returns only for defective items. and by law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned or exchange once items have been tried on, worn or washed.
Returns period
All items shall be returned by mail within 14 days of receiving it.
Return of faulty goods
Tatiana guarantees all items will be free of defects. If a customer has a defective item. please contact us at CRM@isher.net explaining the defect to get a RMA number and return instruction. A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item. If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item by mail, Please follow these instructions:
- Please place a new order for your replacement.
- Fill out Items to Be Exchanged on the bottom of our Packing Slip, indicating the item you are returning,
- Enclose the Packing Slip with your return, by which we will know who send back the return.
- Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the post office for all returns, You should keep this until you have received your refund or replacement.
Standard shipping and handling fee will not be refundable.
Free Shipping offers are subject to return for exchange or refund. There is an amount that is equivalent to the standard shipping and handling fee will be not be refundable.
Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Return Instructions
Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, If you are an International customer, marke your package clearly as ”Merchandise Return” to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can track or trace your package.
